Job Summary
This role focuses on producing high-impact visual assets for digital performance marketing and brand communication, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and conversion effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with Creative content, Digital, Brand, and
Trade Marketing teams to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual outputs that drive engagement, consistency, and measurable results.
Responsibilities
Design high-quality visual assets including:
• Key Visuals (KV) for campaigns
• Digital advertising creatives (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Display Ads)
• Social media posts and content series
Adapt and localize KV into multiple formats (static, motion-ready layouts, different ratios)
Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines, visual consistency, and premium standards
Performance-Oriented Design:
• Develop creatives optimized for conversion and engagement (CTR, CVR, hook-first design thinking)
• Apply visual hierarchy, thumb-stopping techniques, and mobile-first design principles.
AI-Driven Design Workflow:
• Utilize AI tools to enhance speed, ideation, and production quality: Image generation (Midjourney, Higgfields,...), AI-assisted editing (Photoshop AI, Firefly, Runway...)
• Build and refine prompt systems for consistent visual outputs.
• Integrate AI into workflow: Concept exploration - Background generation - Asset variation at scale
• Maintain strong human art direction control (AI is a tool, not the creative owner).
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Content team: translate briefs into clear visual directions
Digital Team: design performance creatives advertise
Brand Team: campaign concepts, visual direction, brand consistency
Trade Team: POSM, offline adaptations, trade activities event
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic/2D design, preferably in agency or in-house marketing teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing: Key visuals, social post, digital ads
• AI Capability: chatGPT, Higgfields, Freepik AI, Midjourney, Elevenlabs
• Solid understanding of: Visual storytelling, Layout, typography, color
• Strong in logical thinking, critical thinking, brainstorming
• Being solutions-oriented, and supportive in finding solutions to unexpected challenges
• Strong in both concept-generation and must be clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy.
• Direct experience in digital and social content creation, having a background of working in education is a plus.
• Working experience in Agencies is an advantage
• Strong command in communication in both English and Vietnamese languages
