Mô tả công việc
1. Accountability
- To prepare periodical financial reports with accuracy, completeness and timeliness in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and Regional Office accounting policies.
- To coordinate with other teams (Corporate Actuarial, Financial Analysis, Financial Accounting...) to ensure financial reports are delivered with accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
2. Key responsibilities
- To prepare monthly management performance pack of PVA
- To prepare quarterly IFRS financial statements on Hyperion Financial Management - HFM and other disclosure reports required by PCA.
- To prepare Solvency II, ECAP Balance Sheet and other Solvency II disclosures (QRTs).
- To check accounts to ensure matching between account balances and detail schedules or reconciliations from Accounting after closing book.
- To prepare annual budget Balance Sheet and Income Statement under VAS, PCA statutory standard and IFRS. Prepare forecast and reforecast of budget Balance Sheet and Income Statement (4+2, 5+1, 6+6, 10+2, 11+1).
- To prepare monthly solvency position to the management and PCA. Forecast solvency position upon request by the management.
- To be coordinator for Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 compliance of PVA
- Creating additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
Yêu cầu
Qualification:
Mandatory: Bachelor of Accounting or Auditing
Advantage: Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA/CA...)
Experiences:
Mandatory: more than 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing or finance
Advantage: more than 3 years of experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fund management)
Knowledge and skill set:
Mandatory: Analytical thinking
Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
Problem-solving skills and initiative;
Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise
Ability to work independently and in a team under high pressure and tight deadlines
Excellence in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in Speaking and Writing English
Advantage: Knowledge in SunGL and Q&A tool
Coaching skill
Project Management skill
