Mô tả công việc

Growth Strategy & Analytics
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, BD team, and researchers to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
Plan and execute data-driven online marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Design and implement A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user experience
Create and maintain performance dashboards using Tableau or Power BI
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness across global markets
Market Research & Development
Analyze biotech industry trends and identify growth opportunities
Develop market penetration strategies for different regions
Coordinate with global teams to create and test marketing materials
Present performance analyses and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

Yêu cầu

Must Have
3+ years of experience in growth marketing with proven digital campaign success
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Fluent English for global collaboration
Strong data analytics skills with digital marketing tools
Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have
Korean language skills for regional collaboration
Experience in biotech or healthcare industry
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms
Experience with global markets
Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will be required to prepare a 10-minute presentation for the interview, showcasing a previous growth marketing project with detailed metrics and results as proof of experience.
