Overview:
You will work as part of the marketing team to promote the company's services - which primarily consist of software development for eCommerce businesses. You will plan, create and promote content (written, visual and audio). This role involves a lot of writing and editing, so impeccable English language skills are essential. There's a lot of room for creativity in the role so it would suit a dynamic self-starter brimming with ideas.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising.
• Monitor and optimize automation tools (Zapier, Hubspot, [protected info]) to streamline marketing processes such as lead generation, nurturing and content creation and make sure all the automated flows run smoothly.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize marketing efforts.
• Support with content creation and review/optimization, including articles, case studies, and social media content, to engage the target audience and generate leads.
• Optimize website content and landing pages to increase conversion rates and improve user experience.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target segments and understand customer needs.
• Support event marketing initiatives, including webinars, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or specialization in Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of driving successful lead-generation campaigns and achieving measurable results.
• Experience automating marketing processes using tools such as Hubspot & Zapier.
• Solid understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and lead management processes.
• Proficiency in content creation, including writing engaging and persuasive copy.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
