Manage and lead a cross-functional sales team, ensuring the achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. E-commerce Strategy & Business Planning
Analyze online market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to define growth strategies by category and platform.
Develop annual/quarterly business plans with clear revenue, ROI, and growth targets per channel.
Propose and control product pricing, promotion, and trade activities to ensure profitability.
Collaborate with Marketing & Media teams to run campaigns that boost traffic and conversion.
2. Sales Growth & Channel Performance
Monitor GMV, conversion rate, and order fulfillment daily/weekly; identify gaps and optimize sales performance.
Manage key accounts and ensure positive growth for strategic brands and partners.
Implement cross-channel sales initiatives to strengthen customer retention and repurchase rate.
Review and control P&L per platform, ensuring balanced revenue and cost efficiency.
3. Team Management & Operation Supervision
Lead and mentor the e-commerce sales team (
account executives,
data analysts, ops support).
Build KPI frameworks for sales and operation teams; monitor target achievement and provide feedback.
Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.
4. Data Analysis & Optimization
Create performance dashboards and weekly reports on sales, traffic, and campaign ROI.
Utilize data insights to forecast demand, optimize inventory and ad spend.
Suggest improvements for content, ads, CRM, and customer journey to boost conversion.
