JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE
Control daily shipment and delivery to customers on time.
Support Line Manager in achieving efficient monthly shipment.
Support Distributors to control POs to better meet customer demand.
Reconcile monthly sales data with accounting records to ensure accuracy.
JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES
Create Invoices for all purchase orders and internal shipments.
Track inventory and shipments from the factory and distributors.
Monitor new shipments, gifted items, and allocated items.
Monitor troubled, damaged, and recalled Items.
Update information related to documentary of products, pricing, and new item codes for distributors.
Settle discount on final report of all promotional campaigns to Distributors.
JOB EXPECTATIONS

Ability to analyze the data and make good report.
Support effectively sales force and other divisions.

REQUIREMENT:
Official Education: University Bachelor degree
Experience :
- At least 2 years' relevant experience at sales support/ sales operation in GT Chanel.
- Good level of computer literacy: proficient Microsoft excel and word skills
- Good written & verbal communication skills in English
BENEFIT:

- 16 working days: from full 3 years to less than 7 years;
- 22 working days: from full 7 years or more to less than 37 years.
