1.1. MARKETING (70%)
Social Media & Content Management
• Develop monthly content plans; create posts and manage page interactions.
• Monitor and evaluate performance
• Compose internal content and support basic digital activities as needed.
Leads & Digital Campaigns
• Update, track, qualify, and assign leads from events, campaigns, web inquiries and prepare periodic lead reports.
• Support the setup and execution of digital campaigns on Salesforce (emails, landing pages, forms) and work with HQ to localize content.
Event Planning & Execution
• Coordinate seminars/workshops, including content preparation, collaterals, venue, F&B, gifts, registration, and onsite support.
• Work with vendors, monitor budgets and payments, and prepare post-event reports.
Marketing Materials: Manage marketing gifts, materials, brochures, and catalogs.
Market Intelligence: Update market information and economic indicators; compile industry and competitor insights; prepare reports for the sales team.
1.2. SALES ADMIN (30%)
Quotation, Costing & Documentation
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, especially costing for spare parts.
• Collect and verify sales documents and requirements.
Order & Internal Coordination
• Work with procurement to place orders through the system and complete required internal processes.
• Support the sales team with reports, meeting documents, and other administrative tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Preferably has experience in
digital marketing within a B2B environment.
• English proficiency (4 skills).
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize tools, resources, and systems provided by Headquarter (Salesforce Marketing, templates, brand guidelines...) to develop content and campaigns.
• Strong organizational and workload management skills to coordinate across departments.
• Proactive, able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
