Mô tả công việc
- Welcoming guests to the hotel whilst providing prompt, courteous and efficient check in and check out throughout their stay
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling and by monitoring rooms' inventory to assist in maximizing rooms' revenue
- Assisting guests with requests and memorable experiences by sharing your hotel and local knowledge
- Become familiar with group resumes ensuring all details of incoming and outgoing groups are observed
- Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and ensuring the security of our guests and their possessions
- Daily liaison with inter departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests, and activities
- Meeting and exceeding guest expectations and confident
- Handling of customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and public holidays and as such assist in the general running of the hotel at night including assisting other departments
- Understand and demonstrate correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs)
- Ensure Lobby and working area is always immaculate
- Updating the shift diary during and at the end of shift detailing all important activities carried out
- Cash handling which includes currency exchange and balancing a float
- Well-groomed and presented in line with hotel policy
- Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks assigned by Front Office Management team
Yêu cầu
* Experience
- Minimum of two years in similar capacity
- Familiar with Front Office activities as well as hotel operations in general
* Skills and Knowledge
- Computer literate with strong knowledge on Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office
- Experience on Bravo PMS is an advantage but not essential
- Proficient in English, oral and written and can converse with guests and fellow employees
- Fluency in additional languages (Korean, Japanese or Chinese) is desirable but not essential
- Able to handle enquiries and to take and fulfill detailed instructions
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
* Education or Qualification:
- Certification or qualification in Tourism is an advantage
