- University degree in Banking / Finance / Commerce and / or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience at similar position
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
- Expertise to analyze credit risk
- Chinese: At least HSK5 level
- English: At least Strong Intermediate level
- Dynamic, teamwork, creative, aggressive, responsible, patient, hard-working and result oriented person;
- Ability to work under high pressure
