Resolves problems relating to transportation, logistics systems (SDC; GTM;...), imports or exports, and customer issues
Document the procedures for logistics activities, so that will have standard process up-keep all the time.
Maintains metrics, reports, process documentation, or customer service logs
Collaborates with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes
Working closely with External/ Internal cross function or operation teams to achieve better customer experience with a continuous improvement mindset
Enforces operational activities are compliant with various quality standards, business conduct, Import/ Export regulations, company policies
Doing safety test for every equipment coming in.
Contact customers to deliver/receive equipment
Carry out the goods in and out office.
Packing equipment for shipping.
