Position Overview:
Rittal Vietnam is seeking a self-driven and results-oriented Sales Manager, based in Hanoi or the northern region of Vietnam, to accelerate our growth across multiple Business Units (Enclosures, Climate Control, Power Distribution, IT Infrastructure). The role demands strong industrial B2B sales execution with end-customers, system integrators, panel builders, and M&E contractors.
Given our lean structure, we require someone who can operate independently, with strong sales execution discipline, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of enclosure systems and cooling solutions. The role will focus on high-potential verticals in Vietnam and requires occasional domestic travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development
• Drive direct and channel sales across priority verticals (electronics/semiconductor, power & renewables, water/WWTP, industrial automation, automotive and EV, and infrastructure).
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and execute structured sales activities across all relevant Business Units.
• Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across Rittal's product portfolio, including enclosures, climate control, power distribution, and IT infrastructure.
• Create and manage account plans to achieve country-level sales targets.
Customer Engagement
• Develop senior relationships with end-users, SIs, panel builders, and M&E contractors; run technical + commercial value conversations.
• Conduct technical and commercial engagements to promote Rittal's value proposition.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through timely support, high responsiveness, and a consultative approach.
Internal Collaboration
• Report to the Head of Sales, dotted line to Managing Director.
• Work closely with the Head of Sales, Managing Director, Inside Sales,
Application Engineers, and Customer Service to ensure smooth proposal development and solution delivery.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and activity updates using CRM systems.
• Support
business development initiatives in alignment with regional and global teams.
