We are looking for a Services Sales Executive based in Long Bien, Hanoi to develop the market for generator rental, maintenance, and repair services in Hanoi and the Northern region. This role carries a monthly/quarterly revenue target and new-account acquisition goal.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Customer & Sales Development
• Proactively identify, approach, and develop business customers with demand for generator rental, maintenance, and repair services.
• Develop customer opportunities from construction projects, event organizers, factories/ businesses, and other organizations requiring generator solutions.
• Identify opportunities among customers using generators from other brands but without suitable after-sales service.
• Manage, nurture, and develop sales revenue from both new and existing customers, against agreed monthly/quarterly targets.
2. Sales Consultation & Opportunity Management
• Understand customer needs and coordinate with the Technical team to propose suitable solutions.
• Follow up on quotations, communicate with customers, and proactively drive sales opportunities toward closing.
• Track the entire process from receiving customer requirements to transaction completion and service implementation, using the CRM tracking system.
3. Customer Management & Development
• Maintain regular communication with customers, closely follow service progress, and proactively coordinate to resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor customer contract expiry dates and proactively propose suitable service renewal packages to retain customers and expand revenue.
• Track service usage and customer costs to recommend upgrades, renewals, or additional service packages.

II. REQUIREMENTS
• College or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, or Electronics), or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in aftersales, service sales, or maintenance-type offerings (maintenance contracts, spare parts/aftermarket, equipment rental, extended warranties, or similar recurring-revenue services)
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Computer skills and familiarity with MS Office is a must.
• Ability to travel and meet customers in the field; valid driver's license/motorbike license as self-directed field travel is required.
• Proactive, persistent, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technical products and solutions.
• Nice to have: Basic English communication skills (some clients/vendors are international).
