Lead and supervise the Global Operations Part consisting of:
Product Registration Specialist
Product Verification Specialist
Master DB Cleansing Specialist
Import Operations Specialist
Manage daily workload, priorities, and resource allocation.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within SLA.
Coordinate daily with SERVEONE America and the Vietnam
Purchasing Manager.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
Review registration quality, verification quality, data cleansing results, and import operations.
Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and on-the-job training.
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
. Support future GOC expansion and knowledge transfer.

5-8 years of
Purchasing Shared Service, Operations or Supply Chain experience
Minimum 2 years leading a team
Strong reporting and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Experience supporting multinational organizations
