Support import
purchasing operations between SERVEONE America, SERVEONE Korea, and SERVEONE Vietnam.
Process import documents including CI, PL, BL and customs-related documentation.
Support Offline Quotation process between SERVEONE America and SERVEONE Korea.
Follow up Korea purchasing after Purchase Order issuance.
Create temporary Product IDs after quotation completion.
Process import transactions in the S-MRO system.
Communicate daily with internal stakeholders.
Escalate operational issues promptly.

Willing to work overtime, high pressure & strict Deadline.
Accurate documentation.
Timely escalation.
Excellent coordination.
Knowledge of import documentation
Strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented
ERP experience preferred
Communication Skills (Fluent English)
Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
