Mô tả công việc
Being in charge and responsible for claim services delivered as per the Company's standard including
1. Claims settlement
- Conduct on-site survey & claims investigation
- Investigate, adjust, negotiate and settle all claims within his authority in accordance with the Company policy
- Do posting claims reserve & Ensure accurate estimates of all outstanding claims and ensure regular updating
- Participate in team approach
- Others are to be detailed & assigned
2. Loss control
- Conduct claim & coinsurance - reinsurance recoveries
- Make/Update claim statistics, loss data analysis & reports
- Liaise closely with Marketing, Underwriting Departments on any significant claim development or trends
- Others may be assigned
3. Others
- Contribute the sales function by being alert to identify sales opportunities which are arising in the course of claims handling and inform to the Company
Yêu cầu
- Male
- University graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Technology, Engineering, Insurance,...
- Good speaking and written English;
- Excellent computer skill;
- Smart, careful, hard working, honest, good communication skill;
- No experience required or at least 1 year experience in conducting claims & loss control in foreign invested company;
- Be willing to travel and working after office-hour with high pressure.
