[Hanoi] Facility and Operation Manager

Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company's entire commercial portfolio, including leasing, events, parks, and facility management. The role ensures the optimization of commercial assets to achieve revenue targets, enhance customer and community engagement, and strengthen the company's brand presence. This position drives both operational excellence and strategic growth in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Develops and implements commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth.
• Makes business judgements deemed to meet the requirements of the duty, for a proper purpose and in good faith.
• Establishes and maintain long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Prepares accurate and timely analysis that capture and communicate business results, variances, and performance trends. Reports progress and results to the board of directors and members.
• Leasing: Regularly monitoring occupancy percentages and setting realistic targets based on market conditions, which will enhance revenue, boost foot traffic, and optimize asset utilization.
• Oversee the planning and execution of commercial events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns to enhance tenant quality, venue utilization rate & event revenue growth.
• Develop placemaking initiatives by Marketing, Building Local Partnerships for new attractions which enhance Visitors Experience, promote sustainability, and create vibrant community hubs.
• Park Facilities Management: Facilities maintenance and upkeep to ensure all park facilities meet safety and regulatory standards, enhance the cleanliness of park facilities for a pleasant visitor experience.
• Provides leadership to and manages the team to drive performance. Retains a diverse, highly qualified staff and provides career coaching, growth, and personal development for employees.
• Coordinates department heads in achieving company objectives.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Lead CRE-related ESG initiatives, ensuring sustainability, safety, and compliance are embedded into operations.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
