PURPOSE: As Production Leader, I guarantee the availability of products at the best ratio Quality / Leadtime / Price / Environmental.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure Accessories/Packaging delivered in qualified quality, with committed supply service Accessories/packaging developed in qualified quality on time Lead projects with Suppliers to increase & mantain their performance Ensure my Suppliers adapt minimum Decathlon's compliance requirements in Social Responsibility - Environment - Quality Plan & push Global to Local projects Be the part of a dynamic worldwide network, I will continuously interact with Suppliers, Internal customers and Worldwide Accessories/Packaging team

Intrapreneurship: Taking full ownership of your projects, balancing global-local strategic sense with bold decision-making and a high-performing spirit Strong Supplier Relationship: You know how to build trust and work effectively with suppliers to get the best resultsStrong Project Management: You can manage multiple tasks at once, keep projects on schedule, and lead internal & external teams to successProven Experience & Technical knowledge (Accessories / Component industry experience is a massive plus)Good communication: You communicate with clarity and confidence in English. Chinese is a plus.
