QA/QC/EOHS KPIs/ OGSM setting based on strategy plan of Plant, QA Division. Create action plan to achieve targets set - QA/QC/EOHS. Allocate resources to ensure the action plan carried out to achieve targets . Plan and control budget QA/QC/EOHS Establish KPI & monitor monthly at least Create & implement procedures and work instructions for the quality management system ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, HACCP, SSOP, 5S... [Coordinate with related departments] Conduct internal audits, organize external audits related to QA/QC/EOHS Ensure quality of materials from suppliers in cooperate with Purchasing Department - plan & conduct supplier audit related to QA/QC/EOHS Continuous improvement - based on the result of quality indexes, customer complaints, safety issues, result og internal/ external audits... determine improvement opportunities, cooperate with relevant to improve and verify the effectiveness of improvement actions taken QA/QC/EOHS weekly/ monthly/ yearly performance report to Plant Direct, related Directors, Managers Report non-conformities & results of improvement actions Capabilities building up - leadership/ professional competencies for QA/QC/EOHS team & relevant in the Plant Arrange training courses required by legal related to food safety & safety. Perform other tasks assigned by higher levels
Yêu cầu
Graduated from University of specialized chemistry or food technology or biotechnology, Microbiology. Have knowledge of quality, environment & safety management system. Proficiency In English & office computer. Excellent in communication, problem solving, management and administration skills. Data analysis based on seven statistical tools in quality management Should have at least 05 years of experience in QA / QC. High integrity & experience in the management quality systems for food & beverage industry.
