Account Management:
Be responsible for account planning & pitching process: brief meeting, receive brief, write creative brief, internal debrief
Support to develop proposal by aligning with strategic planning & operations team
Prepare quotations to ensure committed profit
Present proposals to clients for approval/inputs
Negotiate & close contracts
Advise & revise media plan from

Supervise, guide account executives & other departments to ensure deadlines to be met
Double check all materials
Act as a link between clients & internal teams by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring communication flows effectively
Manage teams to execute projects with quality, accuracy & timeliness
Keep in contact with client at all stages of projects
Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly & effectively
Handle budgets, manage projects' costs and reporting
Keep close relationship with client and partners during project

Coach, manage account executives, interns, suppliers, freelancers
Graduate in communications, integrated marketing, journalism, diplomatics, foreign trade from universities
3-4 years of comparable experience
Experience in managing projects & people
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
