JOB DESCRIPTION
Translate technical documents, project requirements, and reports from Chinese/Japanese to English and vice versa.
Assist in coordinating communication between technical teams across different regions.
Support project documentation, meeting notes, and progress tracking.
Collaborate with engineers and
project managers to ensure accurate translation and clear technical communication.
Perform administrative tasks related to project coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Linguistics or a related field).
Proficiency in English and Japanese (N3) (reading & writing required, speaking is a plus).
Strong attention to detail, especially in technical terminology.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support our team in client and project meetings by facilitating communication between stakeholders. This role requires strong verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, as well as an understanding of business culture in China. The position offers a great opportunity to develop into a Bridge Engineer role and potentially transition into a full-time position at Bosch.
Join project/client meetings with Project Managers to assist in real-time translation and communication between teams.
Interpret technical discussions and business conversations between Chinese/Japanese-speaking stakeholders and internal teams.
Facilitate smooth collaboration by ensuring clarity and cultural alignment in discussions.
Assist in project coordination tasks, such as meeting documentation, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
Support cross-functional teams by helping bridge cultural and language gaps.
REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Linguistics, Engineering, Business, Communication, or a related field).
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese/Japanese.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders across different teams.
Understanding of Chinese/Japanese business culture and communication etiquette.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
