JOB DESCRIPTION
Work with project/study
managers to design protocol, SOPs, questionnaires, or data collection forms if
any.
Work with project/study
managers, the study team, Provincial Lung
Hospital and local study teams
to develop a detailed plan or budget for each activity that you are assigned to
be in charge of.
Attend discussion meetings
with local stakeholders and sponsors related project
and do monthly/quarterly reports.
Responsible to coordinate or
manage activities or project components as required.
Engage with relevant
stakeholders at the Community level, study participants, and contacts.
Solicit support from local
stakeholders to recruit and train community health workers (CHW) in the wards
in which study participants reside for treatment support throughout the course
of the study.
Collaborate with TB
Units, and Provincial Lung
Hospitals in pre screening and baseline
assessment and recruitment of potential participants for our studies conducted
in HCMC and the South if needed.
Work with Provincial
Lung Hospitals and TB
Units in case management and follow-up of the study
participants in health facilities and
in the community.
Work with the study team to
make reports related to the study participant's follow-up or AE/SAE reports.
Collaborate with Community
Health Workers, TB officers, and TB Units in
case of management for each participant managed for the entire duration of
treatment/study.
Enter all the study data into the data
management software systems, data cleaning, analysis, and writing report if
necessary.
Support other work as required
by project/study managers or the board of directors.
Participate in weekly meetings
on progress toward targets.
Assist with the organization
of quarterly networking events for healthcare providers outside of the NTP
network.
Support all aspects of
project/study implementation as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine or Preventive Medicine
is preferable
Experience in public health, epidemiology, or related
field is an advantage.
Proficient in English
Strong
computer skills, including familiarity and comfort with using Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to work well
individually as well as in teams
Flexibility across a range of
field- and office-related tasks
Highly motivated, willing to
learn, service-oriented, attention to detail and able to work under high

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key tasks
Collaborate
with project managers to manage and coordinate projects' activities and budget
in Can Tho.
Collaborate
with project managers to manage and coordinate projects staff member in Can Tho
Working
with project managers, Board of Directors, Provincial Lung Hospitals in Can Tho
on development of project application to submit to local authorities and local
stakeholders to get permission of implementation.
Working
with project managers, Board of Directors, Provincial Lung Hospitals, Area Health
Centers, Commune Health Stations to discuss and develop detailed plans of
projects and budget by quarterly, 6 months and annually.
Responsible
for development of consensus meetings, implementation meetings, capacity
building training course plans in detailed for local targeted partners
regarding the projects in Can Tho
Collaborate
with Provincial Lung Hospitals in Can Tho and TB Unit staff in projected communes
to recruit and organize capacity building training on active TB case finding
for Community Health Workers.
Collaborate
with project directors and managers to develop protocols, questionnaires, data
collection
Train
(and retrain) health workers on project SOPs and data collection systems;
Provide
more practical 'on the job' training at the commune level so health workers are
able to maximize case detection and their performance-based incentives.
Conduct
(re)trainings for health workers on use of the mHealth app and our data
systems.
Coordinate
and manage the Community Health Workers network in projected communes to make
sure they are working effectively.
Connect
Community Health Workers and TB Unit staff in supporting for chest X-ray,
sputum transport or testing and treatment initiation.
Monitor
the screening/testing targets for the projects to meet the donor's
requirements.
Conduct
site visits and make recommendations to support project implementation in
communities.
Ensure
implementation of NTP guidelines and SOPs in the field.
Communicate
any issues discovered during field visits to management in a timely manner.
Support
the compilation of project data and relay to M&E team.
Work with
the M&E team to conduct data quality assessments regarding TB treatment
initiation as needed.
Work with
project officers to terrify and clean data collected by the field team in real
time (database management).
Produce
summary tables to track progress to targets and operational research
deliverables.
Work
with M&E team to calculate monthly
performance-based incentives and payments to Community Health Workers and
stakeholders.
Assist
project staff with drafting narrative reports about the project implementation.
Other
tasks
Ensure
that all project administrative documents are accurately updated and maintained.
Maintain
detailed notes on project activities.
Draft
summaries of activities and quarterly implementation performance assessments
for donor reports.
Coordinate
with the administrative team and Finance team at FIT for supply procurement,
bundle supplies related to the projects in Can Tho. Communicate with the Boar
of Directors and managers about procurement as needed.
Ensure
effective, timely responses to key stakeholder inquiries and concerns.
Provide
regular status update to supervisors and other key project stakeholders.
Attend
regular meetings with project directors, managers and stakeholders to report
about project progress, challenges in community and offer suitable solutions to
make sure activities are properly maintained.
Facilitate
and accompany, if possible, project site visits by external parties.
Assist in
all aspects of the implementation of the interventions of the grant.

REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Public
Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field; candidates without prior experience are encouraged to
apply.
Experience in healthcare projects, clinical research, or
TB programs is an advantage.
Good command in English is preferred
