Our Story
Each spacecraft launched into space is filled with confidence and ambition for success. To become an astronaut, one must possess leadership potential and courage. After undergoing rigorous selection sessions, the most suitable astronauts for The Strivers 2025 Program will embark on a journey to explore the vast universe, which is also an opportunity for them to explore their own development potential. Astronauts can choose their own path to explore the planets of Finance, Marketing & Data Analytics, Human Resources, Distribution (Sales), Operations, Technology, Actuary, and more, as well as participate in special and key missions. Additionally, they can take Alpha jumps for the opportunity to explore other universes (global mobility).
With The Strivers, you will have the unique opportunity to:
Fast track your career development and become managers in 2.5 years (for Management Trainee & HR Functional Trainee track) and 4-4.5 years (for Actuarial Functional Trainee track) at Prudential.
Design your own rotation path to suit your aspirations and strengths.
Participate in key projects of the company and the region.
Receive intensive training, coaching, and mentoring from leadership team.

Who are we looking for?
Graduates from relevant disciplines with less than 2 years of work experience
GPA from 7.0/10 or 2.8/4 equivalent
Proficiency in English
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
What does the selection journey look like?

Interview (March - April 2025)
Assessment Centre (April - May 2025)
Successful candidates will start working full-time in June 2025.
