JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative & Content Strategy Leadership
Xây dựng định hướng content & concept tổng thể cho campaign (IMC, Influencer, Social, Activation...)
Phát triển key message, storytelling và creative direction phù hợp với brand & objective
Đảm bảo consistency về voice, tone và idea xuyên suốt các kênh
Pitching & Ideation
Lead brainstorm và phát triển big idea, concept proposal cho pitching
Làm việc chặt chẽ với Account & Creative để xây dựng proposal có tính thuyết phục cao
Tham gia pitching và trình bày idea với client
Tham gia hỗ trợ các dự án từ các Business Unit khác khi cần
Execution & Quality Control
Giám sát toàn bộ quá trình triển khai content (social, KOL, digital, event...)
Review, refine và đảm bảo chất lượng output (copy, content plan, script...)
Đảm bảo alignment giữa concept ban đầu và execution thực tế
Team Management & Development
Quản lý và phân bổ công việc cho team Content & Copywriter
Coaching, feedback và nâng cao năng lực team
Xây dựng quy trình làm việc và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng nội dung
Performance & Optimization
Theo dõi hiệu quả content/campaign (engagement, reach, conversion...)
Đưa ra đề xuất tối ưu dựa trên data & insight
Cập nhật trend, culture, social platform để liên tục nâng cấp chất lượng nội dung
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
4-6+ năm kinh nghiệm trong Content, Copywriting hoặc Creative Strategy (ưu tiên agency/influencer marketing)
Có kinh nghiệm lead team và manage project end-to-end
Tư duy chiến lược tốt, có khả năng phát triển concept & big idea
Kỹ năng viết và storytelling xuất sắc, đa dạng format (social, digital, campaign...)
Hiểu sâu về social media, influencer marketing và audience behavior
Kỹ năng trình bày, pitching và làm việc với client tốt
Chủ động, có trách nhiệm và khả năng làm việc trong môi trường fast-paced
Có hiểu biết/trải nghiệm với AI tools là lợi thế lớn
