In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our Payroll Services & HR Consulting Team located in our Ho Chi Minh City office as Payroll Consultant. You will work closely with clients and be part of a team responsible for meeting all aspects of clients' relevant payroll and other needs in accordance with the signed service agreements.

The Payroll Consultant will assist Payroll Senior Consultant and Payroll Assistants whilst working as part of a team responsible for all matters of clients' relevant Payroll and other Administration needs in accordance with our client agreements.

Ensure accuracy in preparing Payroll Reports, PIT, SHUI contributions, and related compliance work for clients.
Manage and update client compliance and management calendars; coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet all deadlines.
Liaise with clients and their staff to provide proper guidance, resolve issues, and oversee daily responsibilities.
Support HR Consulting projects to help clients remain compliant and provide tailored legal solutions.
Stay updated with legal changes to ensure all procedures align with Vietnamese regulations.
Maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables in line with Acclime's international benchmarks.
Participate in staff training and internal standard development to maintain consistent service quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Bachelor' s Degree (Human Resources / Business Administration / Law or other relevant fields) with 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in similar role, experience in providing payroll services to clients required
Desire to work in a Vietnamese HR or C&B role within an international business environment
Confident intermediate English (spoken and written)
Confidence working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Exposure to different Payroll software
Holding or learning international or Vietnamese professional HR qualifications is in advantage
