JOB DESCRIPTION
Social Media Content Management
Efficiently publish diverse content across 25 social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo, etc.)
Qualitatively review and optimize content created both internally and externally
Analyze performance by social media channel and develop improvement strategies
Influencer Marketing
Discover and build relationships with suitable Vietnamese influencers in the makeup field
Develop influencer collaboration strategies that highlight product features and strengths
Plan, execute, and measure the performance of influencer campaigns
Affiliate Marketing
Manage affiliate relationships and collaborations with influencers and partner companies
Set KPIs and monitor performance for affiliate campaigns
Continuously expand and optimize affiliate partnerships
Performance Marketing
Strategy development, implementation, and management
Select appropriate advertising materials from company, influencer, and affiliate content for target audiences
Execute and optimize performance ads across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Develop strategies to improve marketing ROI based on data-driven performance analysis
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in
digital marketing in the makeup/cosmetics industry
Deep understanding and experience with Vietnamese social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo)
Extensive experience in influencer marketing and collaboration
Experience in performance marketing and social media advertising
Ability to analyze data and derive insights
Team management and leadership experience (required for senior position candidates)
Excellent communication skills and project management abilities
Preference given to candidates with English or Korean communication ability
Preferred Qualifications
Practical digital marketing experience with cosmetics/makeup brands
Experience in establishing and operating affiliate marketing programs
Social media content creation and editing skills
Experience using marketing automation tools
Understanding of Korean brands/culture
