BagMe is a product development company specialising in bags & backpacks. We support brands
from around the world with design, product development, material & factory sourcing and
production, from first sketch to final sample.
Our team operates from an in-house Development Centre in An Phu, District 2, and we work closely
with factories and designers across Vietnam and around the world.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive camera operator who will work alongside our team, capturing the
work that happens every day at BagMe. This video content will be used for our YouTube channel
and other social media platforms. You will also take photographs of the products we create.
You will always be ready to capture moments in the office and at the factories, and follow stories as
they unfold. This includes bags being sewn, patterns being created, clients reviewing samples,
meetings taking place, and much more. We also attend trade fairs and work with designers from
around the world, and you will be there for those moments too.
You will work alongside our Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, who is building BagMe's
content strategy and digital presence. The content you create will be used across BagMe's own
social media and marketing channels, and offered to clients for use on their own platforms.
This position starts as an internship. Our hope is that we find someone who takes full advantage of
the opportunity and creates something so good that keeping them on long term becomes an easy decision.
What You Will Be Doing Day to Day
Capture b-roll and behind-the-scenes footage of the team at work in the office, in the
Development Centre, and at partner factories
Photograph finished samples and products for client use, website content, and social media
Film client visits, team meetings, and development moments as they happen (without
needing to be asked)
Build and maintain an organised archive of all footage and photos so the team can find and
use content easily
Edit footage and photos where required or work closely with the Marketing Coordinator on
post-production
Contributing new ideas for content
REQUIREMENTS
Currently studying or recently graduated in Film, Media, Photography, Communications, or a
related field
Comfortable operating a camera in different and changing environments
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
You are genuinely interested in what we are building
Physically active and comfortable on your feet for extended periods
Well organised and punctual
Video editing skills are a genuine advantage but not compulsory
