In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing content that improves the user experience, ensuring the website is intuitive, functional, and visually appealing. You will work closely with the development and design teams to ensure the site is user-friendly and fully optimized for conversions.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Website Content Development (English Only) includes:
Develop and manage content that enhances the website's functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement UI/UX best practices for an optimized shopping experience.
Regularly update product descriptions, landing pages, and other key areas of the site to align with business goals.
Test and review website content and functionality to ensure a seamless user journey.
Monitor and report on website performance, focusing on improving usability, page load speeds, and functionality.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving content-related issues on the website.
Other tasks as assigned relating to marketing activities include:
Analyze market trends in travel and visa services to recommend performance improvements.
Brainstorm ideas, scripts, and collaborate on videos, banners, and other marketing materials.
Write SEO-optimized blogs and content to boost organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and ads, while tracking and optimizing performance.
Manage and grow social media presence through consistent posting, engagement, and analysis of results.
Develop and provide support for ad campaigns by creating compelling visuals, copy, and landing pages.
Keep an eye on competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead.
Gather and use customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
English fluency in writing is required.
GA4 tracking and report creation are required.
A bachelor's degree is required.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in
digital marketing, able to do market research and data analysis.
Growth mindset, good in negotiation and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on eCommerce websites, especially those focused on travel or visa services.
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE).
Basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and website performance optimization.
