JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose: To drive revenue growth by actively selling products or services, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The
sales staff is responsible for identifying customer needs, offering suitable solutions, and supporting the end-to-end sales process while ensuring accurate documentation and data management.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will primarily utilize the Salesforce platform to manage and drive customer service activities, as follows:
Contact clients to follow up on and ensure compliance with their company's annual requirements.
Provide consultation and support to clients who request changes to their company details or need to order additional legal documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all client requests are processed accurately and on time.
Update client communication records and service requests in Salesforce or other internal systems.
Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring prompt and professional support throughout the lifecycle of the client's company.
Prepare and submit reports upon request by management (e.g., client contact status, pending actions, service trends).
Perform duties in accordance with established KPIs for Service Sales Staff
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
Graduating from university with a major in Business Administration or a related field.
Need 01-02 years of experience in sales, client service, or corporate services is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
High level of accuracy in handling client information, legal documents, and internal records.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
Capable of coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
