I. Supply Chain Intern:
Job description
• Working Location: Hallmark Building (District 2)
• Duration: 6 months
• Allowance: 200,000 VND per working day. Approx. 4,200,000VND per month.

Key deliveries
• Support to Supply Chain Digitalization projects (Dashboard, Automation)
• Track step by step all shipments Leaf, Wrapping materials, Kitset.
• Support to Supply Chain process / procedure (in cooperate with Ops procedure review)
• PO creation and budget monitor for OPs Productivity Top-down project
• Support documentation works for importing material for NPI trial (SMD SKUs & LFs SKUs)
Job requirements
• Full-time for 6 months.
• Excel and Power BI excellence. RPA experience and skill is a plus.
• English proficiency, be fluent in Speaking and Writing skills.
• Major in Business, Information Technology, Logistic and Supply Chain Management, or relevant majors. Good performance is advantage.

II. Technical Intern:

• Duration: 6 months

Key deliveries
1. Project management:
· Provide hands-on support in the execution of Technical projects, ensuring tasks are completed within set deadlines.
· Help in coordinating project activities, liaising between different departments, and ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
2. ESG coordinator - Environmental Permit Project
• Assisting with the compilation and submission of all required environmental documentation.
• Supporting the coordination and management of project tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Aiding in research and compliance activities related to environmental regulations.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
3. IWS Preventive Maintenance deployment activities
• Support the administration of Predictive maintenance deployment
• Assisting in tracking the deployment progress
• Assisting in data collection & analysis to provide PM insights
• Coordinate capability building activities for pillar members
