JOB DESCRIPTION
Inform, register, and follow up with members for events/meetings
Keep track of members' data on the CRM system and keep it up to date
Coordinate with organizing events/meetings, finding venues, and taking care of event supplies
REQUIREMENTS
Current students, recent graduates, or individuals with 1 or 2 years experience in administration, events, or another relevant field.
Individuals who wish to advance their career in an administration/events role
Individuals who are detailed, thorough, accurate, and well-organized workers.
Individuals who are eager to learn and have interpersonal skills and good English communication.
Self-motivated, detailed, and have good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Being familiar with CRM systems is a plus. .
