JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify/validate/change/update the accuracy of medical data in the Data Normalization process.
Process and analyze medical data to meet the project standard of reliability, accuracy, and precision.
Participate in maintaining libraries (items, names, pictures, catalogs, etc) and databases.
Analyze and improve internal data normalization processes.
Mainly responsible for the quality and accuracy of data output in Data Normalization packages.
Able to conduct research on new knowledge, create and standardize processes to handle new tasks/projects.
Strong domain knowledge to support and provide guidance to other Medical Analysts in normalization work.
Make periodic or ad-hoc reports by request.
Other tasks as assigned by Managers / SDD / Company.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in working with data is a plus.
Must be highly skilled in Excel and Google search.
Good English command to understand specifications in English.
General IT knowledge.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Must be a detail-oriented, self-driven problem solver with a can-do attitude.
Ability to review large data sets rapidly, work with high concentration.
Carefulness / Logical Thinking / Effective mindset.
Time management skills.
Accountable and proactive.
