JOB DESCRIPTION
During your 6-month journey, you will take ownership of 4 core pillars:
Customer Support:
Act as the face of HyperVerge for Enterprise Customers, handling technical and operational queries via email or telephone.
Ensure customer issues are responded to and resolved within agreed SLAs, keeping clients proactively updated throughout the process.
Issue Management:
Serve as the customer's advocate internally: perform initial diagnostics, document issues, and collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution within committed timelines.
Track internal SLAs and escalate delays proactively according to internal escalation policies.
Product Understanding & Advocacy:
Develop a deep technical understanding of HyperVerge's AI products by troubleshooting, reproducing issues, and performing root-cause analysis.
Partner closely with Product Management and Software Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and improve overall product quality.
Support Process Improvement:
Continuously optimize support workflows by automating repetitive, mundane tasks.
Collaborate with the Product Team to build and maintain Issues Run Sheets and document troubleshooting steps to construct a robust internal Knowledge Base.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background: Graduated/ Final-year student with a background in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (essential for working in a global team and liaising with enterprise clients).
Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, customer-centric attitude, and effective teamwork abilities.
Mindset: Proactive, naturally curious, and eager to learn emerging AI & SaaS technologies.
Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with programming language.
