JOB DESCRIPTION
● Design and develop marketing assets, including website visuals, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations to support marketing campaigns.
● Create engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials.
● Support content creation by designing infographics, animations, and other visual storytelling elements.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling designs that drive engagement and conversions.
● Optimize designs for different platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals for web, mobile, and print.
● Stay updated with design trends and
digital marketing best practices to enhance creative output.
REQUIREMENTS
● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing technology-related design work.
● Solid understanding of technology concepts and the ability to translate them into compelling visuals.
● Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
● Excellent creativity and an eye for detail, with a focus on maintaining a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
● Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet project deadlines.

Candidate Engagement:

Market Research:
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and talent market
dynamics.
● Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to inform
recruitment strategies.
Collaboration:
● Partner with recruiters to understand the hiring needs and priorities of different teams.
● Attend regular meetings with hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with their requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
● Good English verbal and written communication (required).
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Organizational and time-management skills.
