Role Description
We are seeking a Account Intern to join our dynamic team. This position is vital for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met through tailored e-commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and objectives.
Prepare and present proposals and contracts, emphasizing our service offerings and value propositions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing joint business plans (JBP), e-commerce strategies, timelines, and deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with client goals.
Track account performance and provide regular updates to management.
Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client concerns and inquiries.
Manage contract renewals and follow up on payment stages.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time availability is a plus.
