JOB DESCRIPTION
Issue VAT Invoice
Prepare document for shipment and transfer (DO, Sales Invoice, VAT E-invoice etc.) accurately and on time
Responsible for invoice cancellation/invoice correction or any related matters
Review WH payables for transportation, storage and other expenses; draft and follow up with payment request
Involve in drafting of incident reports and follow up with actions
Participate and validate inventory counting of inbound and outbound, check invoices and other related warehouse documents
Supporting in consolidating daily report for Inbound and Outbound plan and progress
Provide frequent and ad-hoc Warehouse & distribution report on time
Other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• University graduated with background in Accounting, Auditing, Finance
• Have at least 1 year - experience for Inventory Accountant
• Detail oriented, reliable, and professional attitude
• Software experience is preferred
• Able to communicate in English
• Carefully, patient and good team-work skill
• Well-organized ability
• Female

• Daily clear AR accounts

• Reconcile accounts receivable transaction
• Make weekly AR aging report/Sales report
• Make monthly output VAT report
• Closing account receivable module
• Generate month-end customers SOAs

JOB DESCRIPTION
Design and create artwork according to brand guidelines for marketing and promotional materials to be used for the Vietnam market, both print and digital
Create ideas, write content, and design/brief visuals for social media, website, and marketing materials.
Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors such as agencies, printers, freelancers when required
Produce marketing collaterals (catalogues, posters, POSM) and support store decoration per campaign.
Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Marketing or Business Management Degree preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), capcut/adobe premiere for video
English communication
