Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, faxes and mail.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, receipts and payments.
Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly reports and statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree: University or college graduate.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Good communication skills, positive attitude, a sense of responsibility, and excellent customer service
Candidates with experience in the medical/health sector are preferred.
