GBU: Vaccines GBU Vietnam
Department: Sales
Location: The Nexus office, Ho Chi Minh City
Period: 6 months, full-time
2. Main responsibilities
Work closely with Medical Managers & Medical Head to develop detailed event plans for key brands, including local symposiums & congresses, overseas congresses, expert meetings & activations.
Prepare and submit for approval the required documents for event logistics, speaker profiles, CAFs, sponsorship-speaker contracts, and create all required e-docs for the approval of marketing events/activations.
Collect feedback about events and report to the marketing team to understand participants' perceptions.
Conduct post-event evaluation, liquidation, and payment follow-up. Follow and update plans and budgets every month.
Provide ad-hoc support for the Medical Head as requested.
Prepare meetings, coordinate cross-functional meetings, participate in team meetings, and take minutes.
3. About you
Current undergraduate pharmacy student (End of 2025, or 2026)
Applicants must not have graduated at the time of application.
Fluency in English, both writing and speaking.
Available beginning May, with a minimum commitment of 6 months, with flexibility for 1-2 half-day breaks weekly.
Attention to detail, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and numbers. Dynamic, outgoing, and a good communicator.
Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and good problem-solving abilities.
