JOB DESCRIPTION
Fancy Creative Agency is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Director Assistant to support our dynamic Marketing Director in all aspects of marketing and business development. If you're passionate about creativity, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for details, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, content creation, and email marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Track marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for the Marketing Director.
Manage marketing budgets and track expenses.
Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.
Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for creativity and visual storytelling.
A positive and proactive attitude.
Bonus Points:
Experience in the creative industry.
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing analytics tools.
Graphic design skills (a plus!).
