JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage online sales channels (website, Shopee, Tiktok, IG, FB, etc.) in Vietnam
Develop and execute
digital marketing campaigns to drive e-commerce sales
Optimise product listings and content to enhance online visibility
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
Organise and participate in trade shows and industry events to showcase products
Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts
Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the food or FMCG industry
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Creative thinking and ability to execute marketing strategies for e-commerce
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
