JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to support the Garmin Sports Community and Garmin Run Campaign. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports/running, a creative eye for design, community activities, good organizational skills, and a willingness to support administrative & paperwork tasks. This role will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of sports marketing, community engagement, event planning & execution, and office administration
Community Engagement:
- Support supervisor in executing community sports events and activities.
- Manage relationships with KOLs and community groups.
- Monitor and respond to community feedback.
Garmin Run + other Marketing Supports:
- Event Execution/logistic support for Garmin Run Race
- Garmin Run Communication & Social Content writing
- Research, analysis and Track marketing data supporting other Marketing Campaigns
Administrative Support:
- Handle general office duties, vendor code applications, agreements, and payments.
- Allocate POSM for stores and source new manufacturers.
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested from supervisor and other team members
Translation Review: Support translation review for new products and campaign launche
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills
- Good in English and Vietnamese speaking.
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field.
- Availability to work full-time 5 days a week
- Design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for sports and community engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
