Getlinks Vietnam is expanding, and we're looking for 3 potential Recruitment Interns to build up our talent pool, deliver the best candidates to our clients and contribute to the growth of our company.
Job Requirements:
A 3rd-4th-year student, or a fresh graduate who is looking for a first professional working experience.
Strong interest in the recruitment field.
Curiosity and a willing-to-learn attitude are highly preferred.
Strong communications skills are essential.
Proficiency or good in English communication.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to develop in a start-up environment with high flexibility.
Job Responsibilities:
Work as a recruiter in a recruitment agency to deliver the most suitable candidates in the market to our clients.
Work in a full-life-cycle recruitment process.
Promote clients' open positions to external social networks (Linkedin, Facebook,...).
Maintain and organize candidates' databases.
Actively searching for potential candidates within s short period.

Training on recruitment process & industry knowledge (mostly in the IT field).

Monthly allowance (2,000,000 VND), parking fee, and cozy free lunch, happy hour on Friday.
