TỔNG QUAN VỊ TRÍ:
As a Digital Account Executive at Halocom, you will maintain a good and healthy business relationship with clients. You will be the primary point of contact between the internal team and clients. So, you have to respond quickly to problems that arise throughout projects and provide appropriate solutions.
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
Manage day-to-day client communication and foster strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client objectives and propose digital solutions that align with campaign goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns run on time, meet KPIs, and stay within budget.
Monitor and report on campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Support P&L tracking to ensure campaign profitability and team alignment with revenue goals.
Handle campaign documentation including contracts, payment processes, and administrative tasks.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN:
At least 6 months of experience in
Digital Marketing (Digital Ads) field, especially Account/ Planning or relevant position
Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing;
Excellent management skills and ability to multi-task;
Superior Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills;
Excellent customer service abilities;
Good presentation skills;
Skills in researching, analyzing & synthesizing data;
Logical and critical thinking.
