COMPANY INTRODUCTION
NKB is an importer and distributor of Korean cosmetic (skincare) products
from Year 2017. Presently, the company
is a sole importer and distributor of over 100 cosmetic products from 5 outstanding Korean cosmetic companies and 1
pharmaceutical company such as Natural Korea, O & Young, LYAJIN Korea, MIJIN Cosmetics, Aqualex
and HANIL Pharmaceutical. The company will continue to provide good quality Korean cosmetics and
better living goods to the Vietnam market. The company has its own brand, NKB (Natural K
Beauty) and NKB products
also.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Bilingual translation and interpretation
between English and Vietnamese
- Assist the director in Account Management and
sales meeting.
- Secretarial tasks supporting director in
admin, account management and other company tasks
- Hard and soft file management

Other tasks as assigned by Director
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
-
Fluent in business English (IELTS 6.5
or above or equivalent score of similar English test)
- At
least 1 years' experience as an assistant to a foreign director, sales & marketing,
accounting or admin field

Bachelor degree in English, Business Administration, Marketing or Accounting
- Only English CV will be processed.
(Interview will be conducted in English)

- Understanding of skin
care products and experience in cosmetics or related industry
- Multi-tasking ability
- Problem solver and hard worker
- Good personality and attitudes
- Open-minded and quick learning
- Passion for work and success, responsibility, integrity and
