Job Description:
Preparing all documents for the import-export process such as PO, Sales contract, Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Customs Clearance, Insurance & Certificate of Origin, etc..)
Dealing with LC payment activities.
Coordinating forwarders, express agents, and trucking vendors to manage the shipments smoothly.
Managing warehouse operation to enthe sure compliance with company's policies and requirements
Looking for potential and new customers.
Doing other tasks
Your skills and experience:
Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Import - Export or equivalent
Can join the internship full time for 3 months
Good command of both verbal and written by English
Service-oriented, detail-oriented, quality-focused, supportive person
Familiar with Microsoft Office
