JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive E-commerce &
Digital Marketing Intern to support the daily operations of our online sales platforms and digital marketing activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Commerce Operations (50%):
Support the operations of Official Stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.
Support product listings, including SKU uploads, content optimization, and store decoration
Respond to customer inquiries and manage reviews to maintain high service ratings
Digital Branding & Content (50%):
Content Creation: Design visual assets and produce short-form videos for digital platforms
Campaign Support: Assist in executing digital advertising campaigns, tracking KPIs and ROI, and coordinating with KOLs/KOCs
Reporting: Collect data and assist in preparing performance reports.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist the manager with other digital marketing-related assignments as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a strong interest in E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
Content Creator Mindset (Highly Preferred): Comfortable with filming and editing short-form videos; creative and willing to experiment with new content ideas.
Creativity & Design Sense (Preferred): Strong creativity with a good eye for design; experience with Adobe design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva is a plus.
Learning Attitude: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment
Work Flexibility: Open to flexible working hours when needed to support marketplace order processing and maintain Shopee operational performance.
Language: Good command of written and spoken English.
