JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist with administrative tasks, monitor project progress, and update reports to ensure smooth project operations.
Support scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
Maintain and organize project documents, reports, and records.
Assist with HR-related tasks such as organizing team-building activities and supporting new employee onboarding.
Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Help organize company events, training sessions, and internal meetings.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Proactive, quick thinker with strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Fast learner with strong adaptability, agility, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Experience in Web3 is a plus.
