[HCM] Công Ty Katalon Tuyển Dụng Thực Tập Sinh Talent Acquisition Part-time/Full-time 2022

As a Talent Acquisition Intern for Katalon, you will be trained as an inhouse recruitment consultant, with key responsibilities include:
Support for the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment processes such as posting jobs on recruitment websites, contacting candidates, welcoming candidates, arranging tests, and scheduling interviews, and data entry
Manage, create and update recruitment, social media content, and communication messages on different platforms including external sourcing channels, Facebook groups, Linkedin, etc.
Join in building a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool
Be in charge of handling requests for either technical or non-technical positions
Support for company's activities such as Job fairs at University, and other events related to recruitment and employer branding.
Other tasks required by supervisor
Requirements
3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related majors
Able to work full time in 6 months
Keen on HR, especially Recruitment
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized, and highly responsible
Proactive, able to handle multi-tasks with appropriate priority.
Good computer skills (G-suite, Microsoft Office, Xmind)
Able to use basically Photoshop/Canva
