We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented executive to join our dynamic team. This
role will focus on supporting the Managing Director's office with client
account management and service functions. As part of the Client Account Services
team, you will gain hands-on experience in managing client relationships, client
interface and engagement, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the
efficient operation of the firm's business relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Report to the Managing Director,
you will assist with day-to-day client engagements, ensuring prompt responses
to inquiries and maintaining benchmarked levels of client satisfaction.
- Work with the Client Account
Services team to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and updates for clients.
- Prepare and manage client
reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal legal teams
to ensure smooth execution of client matters and timely delivery of services.
- Co-ordinate with various legal
departments on addressing Client queries.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
for the Managing Director.
- Other tasks assigned by Managing Director
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional spoken and written English, with particular
focus on understanding and communicating effectively across various foreign accents.
- Good working knowledge and execution of Microsoft Office,
having ability or experience in using CRM software is a plus.
- Recent graduate / postgraduate or in the process of
completing a degree (in Business, Marketing, Arts, Law, or a related field)
- Understanding of client engagement and servicing protocols
and how businesses operate.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, able to
work with both cross-departmental teams and clients.
- Proactive, energetic team-player who thrives under pressure
and who is accustomed to being thrown-in at the deep end of a fast-paced
working environment.
