JOB DESCRIPTION
Event Preparation
Assist in setting up livestream equipment, software, and platforms.
Test connections, audio-visual components, and technical settings prior to each event.
Collaborate with teams to ensure all materials (e.g., scripts, visuals, products) are ready for the livestream.
Provide Technical Real - Time Support
Assist the production team and livestream hosts with technical setup and troubleshooting during live events.
Ensure equipment, software, and connections are functioning correctly.
Provide on-the-spot technical assistance during live events to ensure seamless execution.
Communicate with hosts and producers to resolve live issues quickly.
Track Performance Metrics
Record key performance indicators (e.g., viewer count, engagement rate, and session duration).
Provide summaries and insights from livestream sessions to support optimization efforts.
Quality Assurance
Verify that livestream content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
Flag any deviations from expected performance or content expectations.
Collaborate with Teams
Work closely with the livestream operations team to implement improvements and address challenges.
Coordinate with marketing, tech, and product teams as needed for event preparations.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in livestreaming.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (optional)
English working proficiency & Chinese is a big plus
Previous experience in technical livestream role is an advantage.
Familiarity with
digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
