JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Driver loyalty and retention (70%)
Definitely take charge of building a driver loyalty program which is a Benefits platform. Success metrics would include an engagement rate and non-monetary reward value provided to our drivers.
Identify, build, and obtain strategic partners who are interested in Company activities (online campaign, CSR and offline activations)
Play project management roles to lead end-to-end, make progress, deliver milestones on time, stakeholder management and budget controlling.
Conception of new initiatives, online campaigns and driver communication plan to propose an annual holistic plan and strategic approach for Driver Benefits.
Engage and keep good relationships with existing partners and continuously seek new business opportunities and leads for driver benefits
Follow, analyze performance and propose variable actions to drive KPIs
Work with a regional product and tech support team to configure and develop the Benefits platform (UI, features,...) and fix technical issues.
2. Driver Marketing Solutions (10%)
Provide on-demand marketing solutions for brands, corporate partners and FMCG by facilitating the driver marketing assets for commercialization and monetization.
Represent the Mobility team to build a holistic plan with all verticals for big corporates and lead execution of the Mobility team scope in terms of Driver sampling, Transport product/feature hacking, etc.
3. Strategic partner to grow the Mobility Business (20%)
Explore new opportunities for business growth by launching new services, new sources of revenue workstream, or supply enhancement such as high-quality vehicle expansion
Provide data & business analysis to output an effective proposal with data-driven and logical persuasion.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in partnership and commercial field.
Fluent written and spoken in English and Vietnamese.
Strategic planning & interpretation of action plan
Strong commercial sense and understanding of driver insights.
Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to use diplomacy and communication skills to influence outcomes and influence others without authority
Excel at presentation including verbally present and structurize slides
